Overall not bad, but can...

Liked: Location pretty central to most activities in the area. Spacious and clean and has the potential to be great.
Disliked: Shower did not drain well and water built up.Extraction fan in bathroom did not work.Bathroom fogged up really bad.Only mirror in the flat located in bathroom. No place for ladies to do makeup.No extra blankets available.Had to run heat pump through the night.

Liked: Good location, handy to hospital and Hagley Park
Disliked: Low water pressure

Exceptional

Liked: AMAZING staff that can't do enough to make your stay fantastic.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to not like.

Beds are clean, location is...

Liked: The location is good being close to the city centre and next to Hagley Park and easy to get to.
Disliked: The small details like the Air Con / Heat pump not working very well (other reviews have said this). The one in our unit did not either but simply taking the filters out and cleaning them it worked fine after that.

Would 100% stay again.

Liked: Location was amazing. Rooms were spacious.
Disliked: A couch would have been nice as we were there for 5 nights and it was hard to relax.
