Fantastic hotel, great location

Liked: The location was fantastic. Sign posted and very easy to find. We parked in the caprpark 3 mins away The room is very large with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge, Sofa and the aircon is brilliant. Huge bed and the decor is very tasteful. Ear plugs supplied for any noise that might happen out the front as you overlook the shops and pubs. We had a bit of noise but it was ok. Housekeeper checked us in as there is no reception, and he was very warm and welcoming. Easy check in and check out.
Disliked: The shower was not very powerful and needed a good limescale along with a few tiles. Soft bed and pillows, which isn't our preference. Apart from that brilliant

Excellent location, clean rooms, but...

Liked: Location was excellent. Walking distance to train station, high street, Windsor Castle, river cruises, bus station etc.
Disliked: No staff available to communicate with, in case I needed anything additional. No one picked the phone number for the hotel either.

Disliked: Initially on arrival member of staff was abrupt towards us, we appeared to be an annoyance for him. By morning we left he was friendlierHusband heard the late (3am) punters leaving the pubs beneath the hotel
