Liked: We were welcomed by an amazing woman at the reception — she’s both the administrator and bartender, and truly a superwoman! Warm, energetic, and professional — she made our arrival smooth and pleasant.The entire stay was fantastic:•The room was spotlessly clean, fully prepared and comfortable.•The terrace-bar was a real highlight — with a great selection of fresh beers, a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent food.•And the panoramic view from our window? Absolutely stunning.Everything felt thoughtful and inviting. We’re genuinely delighted with this place and would love to return. Highly recommended!

Good for a brief stay.

Liked: Affordable and close to the station. The rooms were clean and the staff was very kind.
Disliked: The bed wasn't the best and the pillow was way too soft (almost like it wasn't even there).

Disappointing

Liked: A convenient hotel if you're going to the Veltens arena.
Disliked: A bit communistical but okay. It's cheap and cheerful and near the train station. But why are German trains so unreliable these days? Anyway the hotel is fine. Neat and tidy.
