Ideal location, clean comfortable happy...

Liked: Our room 409 was prefect for the 3 of us. Staff at reception were wonderful. V hard working. I didn't ask for a quiet room I don't think as that is not really a reasonable request so close to the train station and Tivoli! I asked for space to move around the beds in the room and was very happy with our room. Thank you.
Disliked: It was a really good stay and perfect for our needs. The bathroom sink is a bit scratched so perhaps you should replace that at some point but everything felt clean nonetheless.As an English person, I struggle to get up or leave the room before having a cup of tea. I would like to have had a kettle and tea bags in the room! But this is not a complaint.

Good location with great breakfast

Liked: Very well located right next to the Metro station with great staff
Disliked: Traveled in summer time. No AC in the rooms and seems to need renovations, bathroom was not that nice. For you to sleep comfortable at night you need to leave the windows open and if you have trouble sleeping with noise it can be an issue.

Very good

Liked: Very convenient for visiting Tivoli - just round the corner. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful staff, and right next to an excellent ice cream parlour and lots of other cafes and restaurants.
Disliked: We had a very small bathroom for a family of 4, no shower tray so the floor got soaked.No parking at the hotel, would not recommended taking a car as we got two fines at the car park the hotel was partnered with despite having paid!

Average/good stay.

Liked: Location is very good and the staff is courteous. Room was pretty nice.
Disliked: Breakfast Buffet spread was not very much for vegetarian. In the night it was too noisy as room was not sound proof.
