Disliked: Never have i experienced such robotic service at the check-in desk: I checked in without the staff looking up AT ALL from whatever they were doing. The check-in form and the key were pushed toward me on the counter with zero eye contact! Another time when I asked the WiFi password, I was brusquely pointed to a notice on the wall. Totally unfriendly and rude behaviour at the reception! My room was not cleaned nor the towels changed in my 4 days stay (admittedly I did not specifically ask for it also) - it seemed this service was not offered to rooms sold at a discounted price. I was on the 4th floor but could hear loud altercation noises coming from the street till very late in the night on two nights. The bed sheets were clean but the mattresses were well past their useful life. The bathroom was also not spotlessly clean.
