Good Hotel London is a profit for nonprofit floating hotel with a waterfront location and rooftop terrace offering panoramic views. It is located within a 10-minute walk from the ExCeL Convention Center and 1.8 miles from London City Airport and Canary Wharf. All rooms offer modern decor with both custom-made and design furniture. The rooms offer water or city views private bathrooms with showers fluffy down pillows in-room safes tea making facilities work desks and free WiFi. Guests are welcome to use the shared guest lounge which offers the opportunity to meet and interact with other guests. Locally sourced food and drinks are served all day in The Living Room. The on-site coffee corner serves crafted espresso drinks and a variety of healthy refreshments to stay or takeaway. The Rooftop terrace is an open-air cafe overlooking the city of London and river Thames (weather permitting). There is 24-hour front desk and concierge services. Good Hotel is a social business initiative which re-invests all their profits to train long-term unemployed local people in London and educate disadvantaged children in Guatemala. Wouldn't stay again

Liked: Breakfast was a paper bag with a small selection. Due to covid apparently they couldn't do a buffet yet other hotels and restaurants can perfectly well. The bar was supposed to shut at 11pm but was closed before then. Other literature suggested 10pm so guests didn't actually know
Disliked: Toilet difficult to flush and room size ridiculously small corridor outside was significantly bigger

Great location and good service...

Liked: The atmosphere and bar/ lounge facilities were great. Very relaxed and good service.
Disliked: Room was really small and the bed was made up as a double when we requested twin.

Great location, great staff, great...

Liked: Location is really handy being no distance from the cable car and and the DLR.Bed and bedding were first class!Staff were excellent, really friendly and professional. Unfortunately there was no normal breakfast as they had to close the kitchen (not sure why but quite possibly COVID related) but we are given a breakfast bag and an upgrade to a HUGE corner room without even asking.Really nice place, would be happy to stay there again.
Disliked: Normal breakfast was cancelled as kitchen was closed but we were warned in advance and they upgraded the room as recompense. It was a bit disappointing but really wasn't a big issue and communication was handled well.

I will always recommend the...

Liked: The general feel of the venue was lovely. I really like the ethos. The manner in which our complaint was handled was very good. we were given a bigger room at know extra charge.
Disliked: our initial room was dirty and very small for the price of the room.

Short visit as flying out...

Liked: Very good value for the good location! Staff very friendly. All as expected? room could be a little better it was very small but price reflected that!
Disliked: Upgrade the shower and bed linen and towels? brighten up the decoration. I don?t think there is much else you can do! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
