Hygiene issue

Disliked: Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel at 11 PM. At first, we were delighted to learn that our room had been upgraded — the fireplace, seating area, and spacious layout were all wonderful. However, when we got into bed, we noticed that the sheets were covered with long hair. We had seen some in the bathroom earlier, but we didn’t make much of it at the time.They sent up new sheets, but that’s when we experienced the real shock — those were also covered with long hair. Although they offered us a complimentary stay, we chose to receive a refund and left the hotel late at night. There is clearly a serious hygiene issue.

Liked: Modern rooms. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking including utensils. Spacious bathrooms. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi.

Very romantic, relaxing, and peaceful.

Liked: The location was the best part, my boyfriend and I were able to walk everywhere (only 2 blocks) - to the Heavenly village and the beach - and walk back to the room whenever we needed a change of clothes or to relax. It was very romantic and I highly recommend to couples as well as families.
Disliked: We accidentally got locked out of our bathroom in the morning because the lock ended up being turned without our knowledge by cleaning staff, but the on site help was so fast and easy - thank you John - and we never ran into that issue again! Other than that we had no issues at all and a lovely stay.

Disliked: A very small self contained suite with very little bench space.

Liked: The property area is very accessible to hiking, beach, nightlife, etc.
Disliked: Sometimes, my neighbor (next guess) they were cooking, and the whole smoke of the food smelled in my room, uumm?? The room was very very small for the all furniture inside the room.

Liked: It had everything that was needed. There was a/c, shower, bathroom, bed and a couch.
Disliked: When I first walked in I kick my shoes off and when I walked around to check it out the dirt was sticking to the bottom of my feet. The floors looked clean but they weren’t. I was curious what other things the cleaning people cut corners on so I pulled back the sheets. I couldn’t confirm if the sheets were clean or not because I saw little dark specs on the white sheets. Looked like dirt specs. The security chain on the door was too short to actually use. There was food trash out on the back deck so I knew the cleaning staff didn’t pay much attention when cleaning the room. But when I brought all this up to the manager by email message they refunded me my cleaning fee. That was a great way to handle the situation and I appreciated that. The room was great otherwise though. (The bed is a spring mattress so it caused some back pain but that is to be expected)
