Very pleasant stay in a...

Liked: The room was very nice and included a small little back area to sit in private if desired as well as seats in front of the room. A huge plus for us was the gated parking to provide even more sense of security. The location was the absolute best! Walking distance to shops and weekend entertainment, plus a nice 10 minute walk to a private beach section of the lake. What really was the best was the service, the on-site person is a great bonus, but the manager of the property checking in about halfway through our time there making sure everything was still going well or what they could do to make it better was really great and made us feel like we were appreciated. The place was in a quiet section as well so it was nice to come back after walking all day and just relax. Definitely will come back and stay here!

Liked: Nice area, the outside was good. Hot plate was pretty cool.
Disliked: Not very clean, old, dishwasher and cabs need finish work. The fridge was small, the freezer needs to be thawed, the shower was not clean, and the toilet paper holder was on the floor. I fixed it, but needs better repair. Bed was terrible, with no box frame. Towels were like Terry clothes thin and old. One of 2 times, I have done a review of this type, and I travel constantly through booking, and the rating did not reflect the room.

Great stay for two days...

Liked: I could walk to the gondola. Property was clean. Had good communication with host.
Disliked: Be respectful of noise, some noisy guests were walking at late night and woke me up. Most buildings in South Lake Tahoe are prone to be noisy, so let’s be respectful and minimize it!
