Liked: Such a lovely place. Although has building works ongoing can see past that. I will look to stay again later in the year,

Liked: The lady at the reception was lovely, showed me the front door key etc.
Disliked: The room 6 was extremely cold.The Shower did not have hot water and dripped... I noticed that there was a huge rip in the floor vinyl and the shower was evidently dirty. The room , cracks in the mirrors, window did not shut and had a huge draft.The Reception area smelt of tobacco and the carpet floors were absolutely filthy. My bed had black hairs all over them.I ended up staying elsewhere, collecting my belongings in the morning due to this experience of uncomfort.
