Liked: The place was great, the staff where amazing, really helpful, great grounds, been able to have pets was great, would definitely stay again, and will next year. Big thanks to the care takers couldn't have made or stay any easier
Disliked: The shower head was playing up, made it hard to shower, but easy fix

Disliked: Did not go. Rung the hotel said there was no bar or food. They said the rooms were not bad. Reviews terrible

Disliked: No reception staff on arrival took 10minutes to find someone to check in.Stayed in room 2 staircase carpet filthy and worn out.Our room stains on carpet and bedroom chair walls stained in need of decorating ,blue kitchen roll hanging from fire safety sign,filthy behind radiator.In the bathroom no bin or toilet brush towel rail hanging off wall ,toilet not flushing properly kept regurgitating the water after flushing.Shower not nice at all neither of us willing to use it.On checkout no one on reception keys put in a dirty fish bowl.No breakfast on offer which is odd for a hotel ,we never saw any staff our whole time there.Our grandson who stayed in room 3 had a similar experience.to us I feel we should be due a refund.If you have booked here you hopefully have time to change your booking to a proper hotel which is a shame.as with investment and staff this could be a lovely place .

Absolutely Awful!!!!!!!

Liked: The location was the only positiveThis place rates as probably the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in!
Disliked: What didn't I like?Absolutely nothing!!!There was no one on duty when I arrived, and the hotel was locked. Eventually the handyman came and let me in.They had no record of my booking (or payment)There was no hot water, I had to put the duvet cover on my duvet. The bathroom was in shocking condition and it was also so small and cramped. No staff. The place was dirty and neglected.

False advertising

Disliked: It wasn't what we booked. We didn't stay. We are trying to get a refund and we cancelled our stay as soon as we arrived. False advertising, no restaurant or bar, and they booked us in the room that I didn't book.

Disliked: Nothing to like, awful old rooms , awful staff who lie, dirty rooms, staff scam you this was a man who worked there and promised me a refund as the room was not safe to stay in as the look on the door was barley even on looked like it had been kicked multiple times to make it wobbly
