Liked: The rooms were very clean and tidy. Loved the electric blankets on our bed!
Disliked: The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable as the springs make too much noise when people in it move around.

Was lovely felt like I...

Liked: I live two hours away from hotel and the lady at the reception was kind enough to wait for our late arrival I was suprised with the apartment we booked, It had everything we needed to accomodate our stay even the laundry room we were able to use it easy access and free. Was too cold to use the pool or spa but overall enjoyed it also the view. I loved the fact it had bins outiside you could chuck your rubbish in it. The price was worth it. Overall the staff members were absolutely lovely had smiling faces and lovely customer service just overall kind. You hardly see friendly staffs anymore but was glad to find it here and hope it stays that way. Highly reccomend hotel based on our stay there Also the receptionist recommended some places we should visit and loved that she did that cause we werent locals.
Disliked: I just loved it. It reminded me of the old customer service and hotel services where it felt like home not like many hotels now where it feels depressing.

Good value for money, nice...

Liked: It was large family room with separate sleeping spaces for kids and adult with extra pull out sofa bed, which worked well for the three generations travelling together
Disliked: the neighbour smoking beside our room drifted into our room while I was trying to put my kids to bed. But when I kindly asked if he could smoke further away, he was polite and did this.
