Disliked: Furniture was odd and old. Cheap. Looked like pieces from a secondhand shop. Tablecloth was cheap tatty lace which had seen better days.Reception was quite pleasant. Trying to be personable. Good quiet location.

Liked: The location is what makes this hotel. We looked out onto the golf course which was amazing!
Disliked: The carpets and mats were filthy and the shower had mould on the inside of the glass. There wasn’t a sharp knife provided in the cutlery. Some streaming services on the tv would be good too.

Exceptional

Nice economical room.

Liked: The room was a great size and I liked having a balcony to sit to enjoy the sunset over Mt Gibraltar.
Disliked: Nothing really

Comfortable and relaxing.

Liked: Well located for the event we were attending. Had everything we needed to be comfortable and sleep well. Were messaged to see if there were any additional requirements, which was helpful, but all was as we needed.

Liked: Location to Bowral good.
Disliked: Room very basic. but very noisy. Noise from surrounding rooms made stay uncomfortable. No soundproofing whatsoever.

Happy to stay anytime

Liked: Super clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly.
Disliked: Dated in it’s presentation but brilliant for a night with the kids in tow
