Disliked: I thought the evening meal was not good enough. I had it off the expensive menu and was looking forward to ex food and while I ate it all it was not up to a high enough standard. Disappointing and each course was very small so much so that I had a dessert. I probably should've just had fish and chips off the other menu. I have stayed over the years and that was the most disappointing meal I've had.

My stay was fantastic

Liked: I loved the location and the fact you can walk along the beach.
Disliked: There was big cobwebs in the room. Accidentally missed I’m sure but a simple thing to keep an eye on

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and with a good variety of choice. It was very filling.
Disliked: My wife paid £30 for the Thermal Experience and felt it was poor value for money. It was supposed to be exclusively for those who paid, but other guests were getting in for free.

Dog Owners. No, your pets...

Liked: Location, friendliness of staff
Disliked: Dog friendly. There needs to be specific dog free areas in the hotel. Not everyone owns or necessarily likes dogs and when guests start allowing their pets to sit on couches and chairs in the lounge that's not on. Your dogs are animals, not humans
