Liked: The Bed was comfortable.the staff were very helpfull
Disliked: The room was clean but needs a refurb. THE bathroom in particular requires updating.Television was diifficult to use.The exterior of the property requires updating.

Disliked: Where do I start, Floors were disgusting, tv didn’t work, room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in years, window sill covered in dust, bath was yellow in colour, shower curtain that smelt like mould, cups, bowls, spoons were filthy and not washed, rats scratching around in roof, cigarette butts everywhere out the front, bed hadn’t been moved and cleaned under rubbish galore. Absolutely disgusting! Do not come here

Disappointing

Liked: Great location and easy check in process
Disliked: Toilet didn’t work properly and wasn’t flushing and making loud noise constantly. Before I left for the night I asked maintenance to check and they said they fixed it. When I got back later in the night the noise was still there. It was so loud!!!! I had other guests knocking on my door and abusing me because of how loud the toilet was. Very unpleasant.
