Worst experience - traumatised

Liked: The receptionist was polite.
Disliked: This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to.We came to stay in room 16 for one night (11-12.7.2025). Not only did they forget to put the shampoo + they had no fans available (it's boiling hot in the room after a heatwave).There was only hot water in the shower! Boiling hot! No cold water at all. Just boiling hot water! Both the hot and cold settings - boiling. As in, painfully burning. So after a long, hard day of travelling, I had to wash myself using a sink like I was in some third-world country. My daughter didn't shower because of that.To be fair, the man working at reception was nice. When I asked for the shampoo - he gave me samples. When I asked for a fan - he explained there was non available. But not being able to shower... a hotel is a bed and a shower. That's what you want. Only having boiling hot water in the shower... those are not conditions fit for humans.

Liked: The location was good for the trip and parking was ok
Disliked: It’s was very low standard and the bathroom wasn’t fit for any guests or use. Lots of damage.

Disliked: Broken window, room less than 4x4m. Disgusting facilities, hair all over the bed and toilet.

As good as it can...

Liked: Convenient location and extremely cheap (close to hostel price for us but provide some privacy), staff is friendly and as tentative as they could be for this price range, so really can’t complain about it. Surprisingly, beds are comfortable too.
Disliked: Window broken, glass was cracked, basin is blocked and drained very slowly, no door lock for bathroom need to use a chair to close it when use, extremely unclean surfaces, including corridor and the room. We don’t expect things to be great at this price range, but still we do hope if the basis could be covered.

Liked: Very little positive to say about this hotel. The mattresses on the beds were the only clean part of the room.
Disliked: The description when booking this hotel bears no resemblance to the actual hotel. The receptionist clearly had double booked our room and decided to put us in what he called a triple room. The corridor leading to the room had electrical switches covered over with tape, and when they decorated, they had partially covered the fire exit signs. The first thing I noticed once in the room was the smashed panes of glass and broken window locks. The double bed was far too noisy to sleep on as the metal frame clearly needed to be tightened up. When we went to reception to ask for another room there was noone at the desk and this remained the case until next morning.The bathroom was dirty with mould and scribble on the wall and the toilet seat was hanging off. The wardrobe was missing a door handle and no clothes hangers were available.The floor was uneven with the floor tiles lifting in places the door lock had obviously been damaged and the screw hanging out the light switch was not good either. There was a broken lamp and the tv cables were hanging over one of the beds.The city view was a view of a door and every time anyone went in or out of it it activated a security light that lit up the whole room and just to add one final twist there was someone in the room above drilling at 11.15 at night.
