Great hospitality and an excellent...
Liked: Golden West is like a cross between an AirBnB and a hotel. The host, Luisa, is delightful and aims to please. For example, rather than go to an ice machine, she brought ice to our room. She was also ready with recommendations for breakfast. The room was immaculate and there were fresh flowers in a vase on the dresser. The towels are thick and the water is hot.
Disliked: Not really a dislike, just know that the room is small, like a 1960's motel.

Highly recommend
Liked: I reserved a stay at this motel for my son and his partner based on the reviews and the great value. They told me that they thought the motel and their room was great and they were very impressed with their stay. They also mentioned that they would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: They did not mention any dissatisfaction with their stay.

Nice family run hotel with...
Liked: This is a lovely family run hotel. The proprietor Luisa is one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and really went out of her way to make sure her guests were satisfied and had all the info they needed about Klamath Falls to have a nice stay. The rooms are good, especially considering the price. The room was clean and comfortable and the appliances were fairly modern, including the window AC unit, mini fridge, and shower. A nice surprise was the coffee - actual coffee grounds provided in a jar with a scoop so I could brew a decent cup! Location was good as well. It's a quiet area, but only about a 10-minute drive from downtown
