Disliked: Well, I was told that the hotel was overbooked and couldn’t get a room, sent out in the middle of the night, and still have not gotten my money. I need my full refund

Disliked: The hotel was appalling - all the staff were rude. Crib was approved but not provided. Air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. When trying to order room service was treated terribly. Hung up on multiple times. When room was cleaned my daughter’s belongings were thrown on the floor. The state of the pull out beds was disgraceful - torn, ripped open and collapsed at the bottom end. Fridge didn’t work. This is not worthy of a 1 star let alone the 4 star it professes to be.
