Liked: Breakfast was great and very attentive staff. Keep up the great work guys!
Disliked: Checking in staff did not communicate facilities very well. I had to do my own research.So I did not feel welcomed.So overall I would suggest, communicate better.When I handed my room card to leave the staff replied, 'We're done'. It could of been because they could not speak english or were very busy.So not a good comment to make to an ongoing traveller/tourist. How's about saying 'I hope you enjoyed your stay with us and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.'

Disliked: This is my worst stay at hotel for the past few years. Horrible staff, feels like a gang covering for each other. GM and Manager are not reachable. Horrible attitude, non of our requests were met. Towels were not changed! Empty shampoo bottle in the bath was not replaced despite multiple asks. Complete ignorance and poor customer-focused culture. Unbelievable.

Liked: To be honest, I didn’t like much about my stay. The hotel is located in the newer part of the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but that’s about all I truly appreciated. The hotel charges a deposit of €600, regardless of whether you stay for one night, three nights, or an entire month. This is supposed to be a four-star hotel. I was sold a half-board package, but the hotel doesn’t actually serve dinner. I wouldn’t have even received my dinner if I hadn’t asked about it. After a long and frustrating wait, I was given a kind of voucher for a meal at a nearby pizzeria. There was no prior notice that dinner wouldn’t be served at the hotel. On top of that, the dinner at the pizzeria was limited to a value of €40 — quite disappointing for a place that claims to be four-star.
Disliked: The breakfast was very average and monotonous – the same every day. One even had the feeling that the staff were monitoring how much each guest ate. On the last day, despite it being clear that I had booked half board, they brought me a breakfast bill to sign. Had I signed it, I would have been charged for the breakfasts again upon check-out. I strongly advise everyone to be careful about what you sign so you don’t end up paying twice for the same service. The hotel’s location is relatively good – it’s in the business district, and the building is newer – but the staff are somewhat scattered and disorganized.

Disliked: The security deposit of 250 euros, which was retained from my bank account upon my arrival on 6 June, has still not been released by the hotel, despite numerous emails i sent and attempts to call where either no one picks or they merely turn it off. This is the worse experience of customer service i have ever encountered and more importantly my money is still retained without no explanation, clarification, justification of any kind.
