Liked: Felt very much welcome at this hotel. Very professional and caring staff. Breakfast buffet exceed my expectations way too far. Few minute walk from the Main Square, very convenient location. Will comeback again!

Liked: Great coffee for a delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, and a pleasant shower. The location is absolutely perfect, with the attractions of Kazimierz just a few minutes' walk away. And there's underground parking.
Disliked: The only downside was the strange behavior of the staff at the counter. A few words too many from the staff member and the stay started worse than it could have.

Liked: Location and breakfast were good,
Disliked: The room was old and extremely small, beds were short and uncomfortable, and the pillows very especially uncomfortable. Room cleaning left a dirty coffee cup for 2 days without changing, only upon request, and had the habit of just entering the room without knocking.

Liked: Nothing special.
Disliked: 1. Staff was not friendly at all. 2. The king bed was two separated small beds.3. For each room, there was only one access card, the reason was no more cards in the hotel. 4. The price is expensive for the location and for the room size.5. Breakfast was not worth the money paid. Options were very limited, and there was no kitchen order.
