Value accomodations for Kraków

Liked: Super breakfast buffet. Nice room. A/C would be nicer if the temp was 23 not 25. . The staff kept tables clean. Good shower controls.
Disliked: Minor problems: The booking information was mixed up. Bad information system and procedures. My name was changed to the name of someone else in the group. My name could not be found easily and continued on the paper I signed. The rough pavement broke one of my suitcase wheels.

Liked: This is a great hotel in a great location. The staff are very friendly and it’s very clean. Breakfast is good and the bar and restaurant are also good .
Disliked: The bedding wasn’t very comfortable. Only one very small pillow. No space in the room for large suitcases.

Liked: The hotel had the feeling of a family run boutique hotel rather than a chain. The Staff were really friendly and nothing too much trouble. The location was perfect to the main old square.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Good location close to the Old Town. Attractive decor, clean, excellent food for breakfast and evening meal and friendly, helpful staff.
