Very nice hotel - wonderful...

Liked: It’s just across the Kassel Bhf so very easy to get there without carrying the luggage too far.The room is relatively larger than in most other hotels .It’s clean and very functional.The staff was helpful.
Disliked: There was no hair dryer in our room.

Liked: I booked this hotel specifically for the air conditioning, as the weather was extremely hot during my stay. Unfortunately, the AC in the rooms was significantly weaker than in the lobby and common areas. The first night was uncomfortably hot and damp, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Although I was upgraded on the second night, the new room was still too warm to be truly comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well-located, but if you're booking during a heatwave, be aware that the in-room cooling may not meet expectations.
