Disliked: No restaurant food on a Sunday night--just 3 choices of very ordinary bar snacks at exorbitant prices--too much economising going on!This was not mentioned when booking as the guy at reception said.

Liked: Clean and functional hotel in perfect location near the railway station. In fairness they fed 4 of us late in the evening just at the cut-off time for ordering food.

Disliked: The door didnt lock from inside... the next day I had slept there I realize the door was not locking approprlriately and that not only I had spent the night without door having been lockex.but that room literally was Unlocked alln ay when I left. When I reported this to the night front desk her respond was. *that does not happen...doors always lock* n did not offer any assistance or apology. The situation. I told her she needed to come upstairs and check that look (I had to prove to her the door was not locking becuase she insisted doors work well at the hotel). Finally she saw doornwas not locking...she manipulated the lock wiggling it, and after that the door closed appropriately...she stated. *door locks* (as if I had to do the same instead of calling her upstairs). She never acknowledge the lock was broken. I insisted I was not going tonstay in a room w an erratic lock and requested a room change. She left n never came back...mind you ut was 11pm and I was exhausted from the day. I called her and told her I was waiting x her to cone and hand me the key of the new room, her answer was that if I wanted to change rooms I had to go downstairs to arrange x the room change...midnight by now...I had already had to pack all my belongings to change rooms and was not planning to leave my stuff in a room w a faulty lock to go retrieve the keys to front desk. I insisted the hotel was responsible for the mess and that she needed to come upstairs to hand me the key for the new room. Finally she agreed and came w the key to my room (she did not help my carry anything from one room to the other, never apologi,ed for the inconvenience, never accepted that a faulty lock was unsafe...). When i finally moved to the new room...TV wasnt working...go figure! Would NEVER go back to this hotel...plus the fact that is far away from the center of the city and an ugly walk from train station.
