Liked: Excellent parking facilities. We have been before and will return again. The garden area and the little alcoves are really nice to sit in. The location is wonderful with the lovely square a five minute walk away.
Disliked: The pillows were a bit hard. The air conditioning was a bit complicated for me to understand and the cupboard space was limited for hanging clothing but we were only there for two nights.

Disliked: Room had no hanging space in wardrobe. We asked for hangers which were supplied but had to improvise, use shelf supports, to hang them from. This was just about effective but not ideal. Clearly guests do not usually unpack clothing in room 131

Enjoyed, recommended, better than a...

Liked: Good cycle storage, secure with electric points to charge e-bikes. Very convenient access to and from rear of the hotel directly into the cycle store. Quirky building with many interesting sitting/lounge areas. Enjoyable breakfast included. Very handy for a wide choice of shops and restaurants
Disliked: Fairly central but needed to cross a busy road to reach the old town and shopping areas

A hotel with a touch...

Liked: If you are a big fan of cozy labyrinth-like hotels, this is the place to go. Also, being in Bruges, this adds a lot to the atmosphere and thus to the overall experience. The lobby and the garden were amazing, and I really felt like I was in a Poirot book. The staff helped with all my questions and made my stay as comfortable as possible. Big thanks for that.
Disliked: Bear in mind, steep stairs, a crazy complex floorplan and here and there, the lack of maintenance can make you feel a little bit uncomfortable. The fitness room was very minimalistic, and sadly, the bigger machines are of really bad quality, I was not able to use them as they were too small (I'm only 183 cm tall). Please buy less but higher quality things, they pay off in the long run, especiall as expectioans will be according.

Liked: I like the beds and the bathroom, very nice, also, room cleaning everyday, that's really good and very hygiene. Very good..
Disliked: no table for eating in room
