Exceptional

Liked: Loved everything about it. Rooms are a good size, lovely little kitchenette and really nice bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing!

Warm Welcome

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. We were greeted at reception by an incredibly kind and helpful staff member and felt very welcomed on our first night in NZ! The Motel is also nearby many great food options.
Disliked: Nothing - all was great.

Liked: We only had a night stay. A reasonable place.

Standards have dropped, but still...

Liked: I usually stay here when I come to Christchurch. Always a clean and cosy stay.
Disliked: I feel the standards have dropped. Room refresh was as good as nothing (just pulling the sheets over) and the heater in room 12 was not working.Hope the next time I'm here it will all be fixed since I frequent Christchurch quite a bit.

Disliked: We didn't like having to walk upstairs with our luggage and the very skinny balcony

Excellent accommodation

Liked: The property is in a very convenient location. Close to restaurants and public transport. Having onsite parking was a bonus. The cleanliness was excellent and staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Lots of banging late at night by neighbors.
