Liked: The location is excellent. It has a deck overlooking the beach which is a perfect place for coffee in the morning. The hotel has only 8 rooms, and was quiet, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our room was small and basic, but absolutely everything we expected and needed for our short stay. There were beach chairs and an umbrella we used each day on the beach. We brought food up to the deck for dinner one night and had a lovely meal as the sun set behind us. It was wonderful. The location was perfect for just strolling the broadwalk, and we could easily catch transportation into the town center. We walked it one day. Far, but walkable. Wonderful place. Highly recommend.
Disliked: The freezer in the apt. sized fridge was kind of covered in frost, so it was a bit hard to use (to store ice), and the TV was smallish, but those are MINOR things. The staff were wonderful, the place well-maintained.

Liked: Love the location, stayed here many times, Tony is great! Housekeeper is friendly and does an immaculate job!! Great location on the boardwalk and the terrace at Golden Sand is beautiful, well set up, and easy to meet other people staying there
