Superb

Liked: Location was perfect as we were attending a sailing regatta in the harbor and needed accommodation nearby.
Disliked: Signage from the street could be improved

Liked: The ceilings were falling down in our room, our balcony faced a broken down fence about 6 feet from our balcony. We requested 2 room close to each other and we ended up in different buildings.
