Hotel has good customer service,...

Liked: Stayed for two nights. Easy check-in, friendly staff, good-size room, nicely maintained grounds, convenient location, older hotel and good value for money.
Disliked: Exterior of hotel rooms needs updating as it gives room for pause when checking in; cleaning product smell in room needed to be aired out, however it dissipated quickly after opening sliding door to balcony.

Highly recommend good choice definitely...

Liked: The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and also very patient show nothing but respect very articulate when it comes to problem solving very good job at what they do can be more satisfied thank you.
Disliked: Nothing.

Poor

Liked: I liked that you could walk right out to the patio
Disliked: The jacuzzi tub the jets were weak and the tub had old hair in it .. and I left for breakfast and came back I had some items stole from my room ..

Disliked: Charge for parking in a lot that’s empty. Kind of sketchy area w hotel under construction.

We had a good time...

Liked: Charming. Great value.
Disliked: Could use a bit sprucing up to the rooms, the air conditioner is a tad noisy, and the vending machines were not working properly.

Liked: They put in the back of the hotel. And the hotel wasn’t booked up
