Disliked: The room was over sprayed with glen20 which gave us a feel it must off stunk before hand.

Liked: Well located, and well appointed. However, several small things annoyed us.
Disliked: The bedside lamps were disconnected and took some finding under the bed head. The air conditioner was noisy, and was only operated by the controls on the wall unit. The remote supplied had no effect on the unit. And the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy.

Liked: We just love coming to geelong during our stay we visited the bells beach ripcurl championship and as always we totally loved it, this hotel always goes above and beyond for us and I should imagine all theiyre customers we will always come back to visit this hotel and thank you guys for your great hospitality and lovely friendly smiles see you again soon
