Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino Las Vegas

Golden Nugget is the best place to spend your weekend. My room was nice, clean and very quiet. The staff members were helpful, quick to respond to my requests and very friendly. The food was a bit expensive.

Liked: Staff friendly location perfect for Downtown Freemont. Pool great but busy. Rooms very spacious and great for family of 4.
Disliked: Nothing

Best Downtown resort

Liked: Pool. Comfy modern room. Dining options or access to other options nearby. The nicest resort downtown that I've been to. Slots were great IN THE DAY and got noticeably tighter at night, guess that's any casino tho.
Disliked: Loud until 2 a.m. if you are in the rooms that look out over Fremont Street. Like really loud! Not sure if there's any quiet rooms.

Liked: The pool was nice, location convenient. Front desk lady at check in was helpful and friendly
Disliked: I had “upgraded” my room. The room had a musty smell, no vanity mirror, hair dryer was broke, telephone was missing the cord and could not even use it. The bathroom was not clean, there was stains in the tub. This “upgraded” room gave off motel 6 vibes. It was not worth what I paid for

Liked: Central location. Comfortable bed. Good value.
Disliked: Room was dated and the tub was stained. Staff was not overly friendly.

Disliked: The rooms were not clean. I had to move rooms twice due to cleanness issues.

Liked: Location was great. Pool was lots of fun, although we had to sit out for 90 minutes for "unkown reasons" We suspected a floating baby nugget. Room was clean and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Checking in at the kiosk was impersonal and frustrating. Very annoyed that we were charged extra for a king bed and early check in (although only an hour early) I guess that's how it is in Vegas

Disliked: My husband is diabetic no refrigerator for his meds. No coffee pot to make coffee
