Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino Las Vegas

Golden Nugget is the best place to spend your weekend. My room was nice, clean and very quiet. The staff members were helpful, quick to respond to my requests and very friendly. The food was a bit expensive.

Disliked: We booked a room on a third party site with a crib for our baby. As we were going to arrive later in the evening, we called the property directly 2 hours prior to arriving and spoke with someone to ask that the crib would be in our room when we arrived. We were assured that that sold not be a problem. When we arrived, we were informed that the property doesn't even have cribs. The front desk manager and check in person were extremely rude about the situation and didn't offer any help at all. The only helpful person on the property was the valet driver who went out of his way to help find us another property in Las Vegas that could provide a crib. We followed up the next day by leaving messages for the front desk manager, the hotel General Manager, and even left messages with the parent company. All of which chose not to respond at all. I have since canceled a future planned stay at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas, I tell everyone I know or who mentions Las Vegas to not stay there and am appalled at the lack of response from management

Liked: Large room, excellent shower and a comfy bed. Free parking was included as well.
