Decent

Liked: Housekeeping took pride in their work. Room was clean. Manager went out of his way to be accommodating. My room had a portable air conditioner. Good coffee in the lobby. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Allowed us to store luggage and one room wow we visited Fairbanks.
Disliked: Large step up into the room. Bathtub was a funny shape to stand in. The bathroom was dated. It was tight to put my suitcase on the suitcase, stand and walk around the bed. Check in personnel seemed to struggle with the check-in process. Was next to the airport and planes came in low over the hotel.

Convenient if riding the train....

Liked: Good location near the train depot. Further away from downtown. Staff was very nice and the had a great shuttle service to/from train station.
Disliked: Older facility and beds were a little hard.

Disappointing

Disliked: Very small room. It was cramped.

Enjoyable, would visit again.

Liked: The room the exceptionally clean. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Would recommend it to anyone. Very budget friendly. Good continental breakfast.
Disliked: Room a little bigger.

Liked: Cleaners good…front desk good…but rooms really are two small for couple with only two small suitcases

Disliked: Customers upstairs were very noisy, but quietened down after 11pm

Passable

Disliked: We had a clogged sink in the bathroom, the guy came with and used the plunger on the toilet and said it was clear then I said it was the sink that was clogged he then took the plunger out of the toilet and tried it on the sink, straight out of the toilet Into sink, (nasty) said it was good and left. I ended up clearing the sink of old hair and cleaned it before we brushed our teeth in the sink with the toilet plunger.

Only there 9 hrs., adequate.
