Not good at all
Liked: The price was ok, and the location, it was close to a metro station.
Disliked: The lighting was terrible! The mattress, pillows, and blanket and the bed were nothing like a normal hotel! They don't offer the slippers which is weird. And the breakfast is very basic.

Liked: good location, right in the heart of ortisei. Plenty of restaurants around, there's a supermarket right across the streetprovide parking if you need one. Once you book, they have dedicated parking spot with your name on itspacious room, decent amenities, you get silverware, coffee maker, microwave. no stove.
Disliked: it's an apartment, so there's no restaurant, no breakfastno daily cleaning, need to pay separately if you need one. Consider if you stay multiple daysi got the 2nd building with very small elevator. If you bring many things, might need multiple trips to ferry them

Liked: I liked helpful staff the most, they fixed our AC as fast as they could. Efficient check in/check out.
Disliked: Reception on first floor, no sense. Old blankets and furniture. The walls seem to be made of paper, very poor sound insulation.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: During our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. A staff member came to fix it twice, but it only worked for a few minutes each time before failing again. As a result, we spent the nights sweating and extremely uncomfortable. I have asthma, and the heat worsened my symptoms significantly — I had to spend much of my time in the corridor, which was cooler than the room, just to feel relief. That’s completely unacceptable for a paid room in a hotel with air conditioning as a standard feature.We were told we could change rooms “if available”, but we had a scheduled excursion at 8:00 AM, so it was not realistic to pack and move at night. Regardless, the issue should never have happened in the first place.Worse still, we were told nothing could be done because it was the weekend and there was no maintenance team available. A hotel should have proper in-house support for situations like this, or at the very least offer a fan, which we were also told was unavailable.To add to the disappointment, the room next to ours had the exact same problem and even threatened to call the police out of frustration. Yet they were offered breakfast as compensation — while we, who were equally affected, were offered nothing at all. Despite everything, we remained calm and did not cause any problems during our stay, hoping the situation would be handled with fairness and professionalism.Unfortunately, when we politely raised our concerns at check-out, the staff we spoke to were rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging our experience, they made us feel like we were at fault for expecting a basic service to work.Given the ongoing discomfort, the impact on my health, the lack of action or alternatives, and the unfair treatment compared to other guests, I would NOT RECOMMEND.
