Reception 4-2-25 8:25pm very erratic...

Disliked: When arrived at 825pm 4-2-25 politely waited my turn until asked how can help … proceeded to tell receptionist had a reservation for her to put her hand up in my face twice and say I have to get rid of this money … ok I would have waited longer if not asked how can I help you …. Then proceeds to become quite hostile saying they have been busy and she didn’t have a reservation which I then tried to show her mine or give number and she just said I have a computer and asked if I would like to see it as she pulled computer around. I had to ask her if what she was saying is she doesn’t have rooms for the night when she could have just said they are booked. Very very poor customer service skills. I understand being a busy night but I was polite and would have expected that in return from someone in the customer service field will not return to this location

Liked: We stayed one night. The lady at front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't give us wifi password so I called front desk to get it and she was very rude. The phone in the room didn't work. All the plugs were to loose to use. Then it stormed and rain was leaking from the ac unit into our room. So it smelled like mold. We had to go to basement for tornado warning and it smelled very moldy down there also.

Disliked: Tight toilet space

FANTASTIC.

Liked: They did it all right. What's not to like? If you go to Kentucky and miss these people, you haven't ever really been to Kentucky.

Upon entering, I was greeted by the kindest young lady at the front counter, whose cheerful demeanor and genuine welcome made me feel right at home.The interior of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and comfortable. My room was immaculate—dust-free and well-maintained, with a bed that was incredibly comfortable. I even checked the bedding, and it was fresh and clean, which I truly appreciated.I also noticed the beautiful faux flowers placed in the corner on the nightstand, adding a lovely touch of color and charm to the room. It’s these little details that really enhance the overall experience and make a stay memorable.Thank you for providing such a wonderful environment. I look forward to returning and enjoying another stay at your lovely hotel!Warm regards.
