Golden Lion Hotel

The owner/hostess was friendly and helpful; the hotel was spotlessly clean; the pub is quaint with a nice atmosphere and the breakfast was excellent.

Liked: Cleanliness; hostess; breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms could be a bit more spacious but minor issue for one night.

Excellent quiet location for an...

Liked: This was the second time we stayed here. Nice quiet room with all the things expected in working order. We had an evening meal in the pub which was very good and value for money as was the breakfast. Staff are friendly, checking all is satisfactory and provided great service. Large car park, great WiFi and quiet location very close to Rugby.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Great location, lovely village. Perfect for journey to Crufts the next day, about 35 mins and away from the crowds. Plenty of parking. Great dinner. Second stay for us and have rebooked for next year.
