Until/unless ownership repairs and replaces MANY aspects of this facility, starting with the elevators, it should be declared unfit for human occupation and closed by the City of Charlotte Building Department.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: This hotel should be torn down. It has no redeeming qualities. Everything is old and run down - it looks like an old dilapidated hotel. The air conditioning is barely working, the water only gets lukewarm and the other patrons are as frightening as the hotel itself.

Liked: The price would have been great for a one night stay but not for a special moment in my life!
Disliked: Unfortunately as soon as I pulled up and saw the ceiling coming down and the area it was in, I quickly found a different hotel to stay in. The front desk was not able to understand english and I would never book a room there again. I was suppose to graduate from college with my Master's degree and have a special memory of this achievment, but not knowing more about the hotel and if I did sooner, I would not stay there. They need to clean it up and make sure people feel safe where they are going. With my family with me, I was not willing to put their lives in jeopardy.
