Safe n Sound

Liked: Our room was spacious and clean! Minutes away from downtown and our family fun destination, Storyland! Well manicured grounds and parking right at our front door. We felt safe and secure with our family. Great value!!
Disliked: We didn't get a chance to use the pool. It wasn't quite swim ready, but it's the very beginning of the season, I'm sure it'll be up and running soon! Excellent feature to have along with the little playground.

Disliked: I didn’t like that I got an email one day before I was coming telling me that the pool was closed. I felt that this should have been indicated on the site. I would not have booked it. There was a sign on the pool that said closed for the season, so clearly that knew this information prior to my booking. I would not have booked it if I had known ahead of time. Also getting an email one day ahead and offering a refund is not acceptable given that the information about the pool was known ahead of time. It is also difficult and more expensive to do it last minute.
