Great location, staff, food and...

Liked: Friendly, excellent accommodation, great breakfast selection and ingredients, great location.
Disliked: A couple of minor niggles otherwise would have given this a 10. Nothing in the control of the property. Simply noise from M&S deliveries overnight which was a real pain for light sleeper in room at front on pub.

Disliked: Windows didn't open in Catherine room toilet seat not fastened down no enough light over mirror for my wife's makeup.
