Liked: Everything is wonderful for the price.
Disliked: The entire cleaning and maintenance staff is so helpful and nice. The front desk staff is not!!

This was our second year...

Liked: Proximity to the beach is amazing and the three beds is so helpful for a family of 5!
Disliked: Vending machines were sold out of most drinks. Water fountain by the pool ran brown water.

Back again!!

Liked: For my wife and I, this hotel is right across the street from Nalu, and that's where we spend all of our time. This was our 3rd or 4th time staying here, and we love the location. The free parking right outside of your hotel room is great in the parking garage. The staff is always friendly and does a good job of keeping the hotel clean and welcoming. It's a couple of steps to the beach, bars, and numerous restaurants. We always comment that we wish we had discovered Dewey Beach earlier in life.

With all of the issues...

Liked: The property was 2 blocks away from the beach. Bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure after it ran for a bit.
Disliked: The nighttime staff was extremely rude.When I checked in I was supposed to be in a king non smoking room but upon opening the door to my room I found a housekeeping cart in a dirty room. I was then treated very poorly by the night time staff when I went downstairs to address the issue. They decided to put me in a double queen room in which I was seriously disappointed because I booked the room I did for a reason.
