Liked: The room was beautiful, bed was comfortable and it was clean. It was a good location to get to things. Nice area.
Disliked: The code that was emailed didn't work. We had to cal the number in the email 2-3x, nobody answered. We called a number on a business card 2x and the lady answered to give us a different code to get into the room. The number in the email finally called like an hour to two later to see what we needed. You should probably have someone there for issues checking in so people aren't trying to get ahold of a number that doesn't answer.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable with a nice size shower.
Disliked: There is no carpet so the entire place is pretty echoey and loud, and I did not recieve the complementary bottle of wine that the website states that you get. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the price I paid for 1 night ($312.55), which includes $40 just for late checkout, was outrageous! $40 each if you want early ckeck-in or late checkout is just greedy! You cannot even arrive early to see if you room is available for early ckeck-in like a typical hotel, because there is no staff on site. Won't waste my money again!

Liked: It was nice for one night stay and it had a good location.
Disliked: No ice and I didn't like the flooring in bedroom...it would be nice to have a nightstand on both sides of bed. Also, lots of spider webs on balcony.
