Liked: The room was tidy and spacious for 2 people. The room had a microwave, electric kettle and a toaster. It is located at a stone's throw from the Tram station and Coles Express. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.
Disliked: The car parking is situated at the basement and you have to key in a lock code to enter or exit. If you are travelling solo, it can be a bit of discomfort for the person driving to get down from the car to punch in the key code every time you want to enter or exit the car parking. Other than that, there was no discomfort at all.

Disliked: This place is a dump.I was so disappointed, the photos do not accurately represent what we turned up to.The permanent residents were loud. All. NIght. Long - no exaggeration. We were endlessly squashing disgusting bugs. Definitely not suitable for a long term stay. Very dated.Would not send my enemies here - keep looking.

Disliked: The two room were separated but there was a unlocked door that takes to another room which was not good and vice-versa. Couldn't sleepProperly.

Basically I wouldn't stay here...

Disliked: The dooner had mould on it...like what the hell ...digusting & they provided a kettle that didn't fit under the bathroom tap to fill it. Couldn't use the air-conditioning because it's so old & really noisy

I’m sure will not comeback...

Liked: The location is convenient, close to everything including transport (tram $0.50/person)
Disliked: Spiritually DIRTY. My son experienced sleep walking and saying someone calling his name. Never in 10 years he sleep walking. And myself the day after, I experienced something pulling my hand.

Disgraceful this place should be...

Disliked: Hey we stayed in room 25 last night just wanted to let you know that was the biggest shit hole we have ever stayed in it was absolutely disgusting it was filthy dirty the bed beds were putrid you guys should be very ashamed of yourself’s I will be reporting this place to the Department of Health too.

Liked: The bed is comfort. It has lock up garage / car park.
Disliked: Basically no sound proof. I can hear everything from our neighbours' activities even in the mid night.
