The location is good for...
Liked: Decent room and a good breakfast with plenty of choice. Ease of check in was noticeable.
Disliked: Had no white wine available by late afternoon on our check in day. Similarly, the bar staff explained that they had no crisps or nuts by early evening and blamed this on football fans attending the local match at Ibrox. This explanation was rubbish, as we had been sat in the lounge since 4 o'clock and thereafter the bar area never got busy at all, so to blame this on football fans was nonsense.

Great hotel, staff are very...
Liked: The hotel was clean and a very well laid out. It was just a one night stay over for work but would use the hotel again. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. There is ample parking on site.

Good hotel, rude staffs
Liked: Closer to the city, spacious room, free parking and the breakfast was good which we paid in addition to the room rate
Disliked: I came across 3 rude staffs within 1 night.Firstly on the 23rd May around 10pm I approached the receptionist to tell that the elecric radiator hasn't worked the whole day and the room is not heating up. Her deameanor was really bad and all she said was nothing wrong with the central system. She was raising her voice despite of me reaching out politely I had to explain her again and with hesitation she provided us a portable heater. 2nd staff at the bar on the same night when we approached without even looking at our faces all she said was 'YES' to take the order, 03rd staff the following day morning - went to have breakfast and approached the front staff she asked for the room numbers once given she got annoyed and said " First go to the reception and pay and come" as a guest how am i supposed to know that this can't be charged to the room or pay at the restaurant?? All 3 instances, there was no greeting or smile which is essential for the hospitality industry staff. I am guessing the hotel management need to invest some time and money into training their staff.
