The room description is not...

Liked: The breakfast was nice
Disliked: We booked a room with another room inside . Where they clearly write 2twin beds and 1 queen bed, 2adults and 2kids, on arrival we were given a room for 3, which we complain about and we were given another room with a bunk bed and a queen bed and this room was not clean. We clearly did not book a bunker bedroom since our kids have a problem with bunker beds . After all that, we had only 2 shower towels for 4 people,we asked for more towels but that took like an hour... we had to go and ask again. We are very unhappy with our stay and it kind of spoiled the holiday mood for our children
