Very pleased with this hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Loved the rooftop bar. Located conveniently to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Liked: Clean room. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great stay, would definitely stay again. The lounge and bar on the 4th floor were GREAT to meet friends in.

Liked: Everyone, from the receptionist, front desk, cleaning crew, valet, were all VERY friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave - would've been nice to have those within the room.

Great location and Facilities

Liked: The location was great and the restaurant and rooftop bar were both top-notch in terms of the food and service. All the staff were very accommodating. The Daily housekeeping service was nice.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a vending machine on the floor and offer room service. TV Channels were also a bit underwhelming.

Mediocre stay.nice room, terrible customer...

Liked: Room was beautiful and clean
Disliked: Overall customer service was absent. I received a message saying I hope you enjoyed your stay before I actually stayed so when I inquired if my reservation was still active, I got no response. No staff member made us feel welcomed. We even put in the reservation we were celebrating a birthday and no one ever mentioned it or said happy birthday. Overall we left feeling dismissed at check in and it honestly kind of ruined our experience for the rest of our stay.
