Very pleased with this hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Loved the rooftop bar. Located conveniently to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Liked: Clean room. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great stay, would definitely stay again. The lounge and bar on the 4th floor were GREAT to meet friends in.

Liked: Everyone, from the receptionist, front desk, cleaning crew, valet, were all VERY friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave - would've been nice to have those within the room.

Liked: The location was perfect for what I had to do in Chicago. Also the rooftop lounge was a perfect setting to celebrate after my best friend’s wedding. I didn’t make a reservation in advance and luckily they were able to seat us anyway, even on a holiday weekend.
Disliked: No pool

Liked: The check-in was at 4pm but as the room were ready we were able to enter the room around 9am. This was a great surprise as we just arrived from a 10 hour flight and appreciate the bedroom earlier.
Disliked: The ice available only on the even floors. I was at the 8 floor and the machine wasn't working there, so I need to go 2 floors looking for ice.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable!!! We were on the 16th floor. The room was very clean. There is a beautiful rooftop bar with tapas and drinks.
Disliked: When we first got there, we were put in room 1313. They moved us. Thank you for that!

Liked: I liked that the hotel was walking distance to a Michigan Avenue.
Disliked: The staff was not welcoming at all. Everyone seemed to be having a bad day. The rooms were clean but the restroom in our room had hair in the shower.
