Excellent location, but no lift...

Liked: Plentiful supplies at breakfast. Very clean and good choice of food. Room very quiet.
Disliked: We knew that there was no lift; but having to climb 4 flights of stairs each time to get to the room to which we were allocated was a little tiring and tiresome, especially as the hotel knew beforehand that we are both retired!!

Good for business travellers, but...

Liked: Overall a good experience, perfect location, especially for business travellers
Disliked: There really should be more bathrooms / toilets, I'm ok with sharing, but long waits and constantly having to check whether one can take a shower or use a bathroom is just far from optimal

Disliked: We're given the room next to three toilets, where there was a lot of movement and not very pleasant smells.

A great choice bar the...

Liked: It was ideally situated for the centre of Copenhagen. It was simple but value for money. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
Disliked: The lack of a lift as we were on the 4th floor. The worst thing was that as the weather was warm (22C)our room was like a sauna. The window barely opened and the fan made little difference. It meant that we barely slept. We gathered that this was a well known problem for rooms higher up at the front of the building.
