Liked: We have been here a few times before that is why we keep returning.Room was not as nice as we have had in the past even though it was more expensive.
Disliked: Drinks in the bar were very expensive.

Liked: I liked the bar man wore a kilt however pricie of juice drink and food are way to over priced arrived at hotel alittle earlier than 3 pm room was already ready that was a plus however the room wasn't very clean
Disliked: The price of food and drink and more to the point my room was filthy hairs on bed toe nail clippings sink plug blocked with more than a few months with guests hairs and slime also shower wasn't great and no had wash on the wall that had any soap also carpets all marked and the dust above bed was shockingly thick I have a video of this all also plus tge vents where blocked with dust that had no doubt Been there for over a year or 2 and next room was very loud with snoring and the banging of the hallway outside the room was somewhat really annoying plus it had a 70 80s 90s venue that was private but could hear it as if it was coming through to my room not best pleased with this stay and if am totally honest wouldn't return and would like my hard earned money bk as I should have been paid to stay here not one bit relaxing booked to get away from every day stress and noise with moving homes I wasn't relaxed nor did I sleep due to next room and music from hall way also smell of food waffling into my room must have been above the kitchen but wasn't nice smelling anyways will I be back here that's easy no I won't am disgusted the dust of others loose skin everywhere and not a good shower tge price of food and drink No I won't be returning here I spoke to a manager called Ian showed tge state of the room they had giving me to him just saying we will speak to house keeping wow

Liked: Convenience, all facilities you’d need for meals.
Disliked: I know it isn’t always provided in UK hotels, but a fridge in the room would make it much easier for anyone travelling with medications that need to be kept cold.

Liked: Staff were friendly, food in restaurant was excellent and would fully recommend. Rooms were very comfortable and clean
Disliked: We used the spa facilities. The link to the leisure spa was not clearly signposted and the stairwell down to it was very tired in decoration and not very clean looking. The pool water was also very murky which was a bit off putting.
