Pleasant stay

Liked: Breakfast was very good,nice big bed very comfortable (we were staying in the suite) staff very pleasant
Disliked: In the bar area they were lots off little flies and were getting in our drinks

Disappointing over rated

Liked: Ummm not sure there is anything I liked, average dated best western hotel
Disliked: Musty smell, staff slow and not attentive. Meant to have adjoining rooms, agreed on email declined on arrival. Dog in the room next door barked a lot. Bathroom dirty, shower curtain stained generally very poor condition spa facilities used by lots of locals and teens treating it like a public pool.

Liked: Only saw the room
Disliked: The hotel flooded due to flash floods and whilst I know it’s not the hotels fault it wasn’t a pleasant experience

Nice but disappointing

Liked: Staff was friendly hotel and room was nice
Disliked: The pool area was shut of both days we was there, very disappointing as this was the reason we booked
