A Short Stay

Liked: This was just an overnight stay on this occasion.However, we've stayed at this particular hotel many times.We've had several celebrations held here over the years.Always happy with the rooms and there's always a good choice on the menus.
Disliked: There's nothing we don't like.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff are very approachable, and the rooms where ok the breakfast was lovely overall a fantastic break
Disliked: Nothing that comes to mind

Superb

Liked: Friendly staffs. Lots options for breakfast. Pool was heated nicely with kids pool as well.
Disliked: £5 paid parking on site. Kids only allow in the pool for certain hours up to 18:00 or something. It was way too short for us to enjoy it that evening.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff in the restaurant were efficient, pleasant and helpful
Disliked: No one on reception when arrived or departed. I rang the bell on arrival and it took nearly 10 mins for someone to come to the desk. There was no key drop off box, so I just had to just leave on the reception desk

Disliked: Better cooling facilities perhaps air con or more powerful cooling electric fan during the heatwave spell
