Liked: Breakfast was lovely. A lovely server we chatted to every morning. She was delightful and nothing too much bother

Robinswood Hotel review.

Liked: Staff were exceptional. Joanna, Remy, Nellie, Erin and others whom I didn't catch their name s. Morning breakfast lady was very good and helpful. Evening meal service could have been better.
Disliked: Evening meal service could be improved. Staff not quite attentive enough.No where showing where you could sit outside in this warm weather. Although I did discover it myself but could do with making the area more pleasant. Ladies changing room for swim, gym etc had an awful smell. The floor smelled as though an old mop had been used.

A spa break in Gloucester.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices. The pool was a bonus, with jacuzzis, steam room and sauna all in the price. The changing room (men's) was a bit messy, but that's the fault of the people using it.
Disliked: The air conditioning in the restaurant was too cold. We did ask them to adjust it during dinner which they did. Apart from this the hotel was great. We would definitely stay again if we were going to Gloucester.

Liked: Rooms could do with Air Conditioning. Very hot and the windows don’t open fully. TV didn’t work so we did get moved.
Disliked: Paying for parking. As a resident I would expect that to be included. Wasn’t made aware that it needed to be paid on arrival. No mention by the receptionist.When I queried it the guy on reception mocked me for not reading the sign. Not what I’d expect from a member of staff.

Liked: Staff , restaurant, bar , pool
Disliked: I booked an executive suite but was rather disappointed that except for the fridge it was no different to a double room when I’ve stayed before. It was advertised with bathrobe slippers and toiletries the staff told me that you had stopped doing this but it is still advertised on the website booking.com. I actually think I should be compensated for this and just charged as a standard double room . I think also you should have part of the steps to reception a ramp so it easier for people to wheel the suitcase up and down.
