Great location, friendly staff and...

Liked: The receptionist was friendly and welcoming making the check in process a pleasant experience. Our room was bright and airy. The leisure facilities were fab with a large pool, jacuzzi and separate toddlers pool.
Disliked: It wasn’t clear upon arrival that hotel guests could use the council car park for free. I paid fir parking and was told at check in it was free for hotel guests.

Liked: Relaxed, facilities, cleanliness.
Disliked: Couldn’t book into the spa. The pool wasn’t open after 6pm. It said no children after 5pm but there were still children in there and this wasn’t monitored. Didn’t allow for much adult time enjoying the pool.

Liked: Room lovely. Warm and comfortable. Very close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: Our daughter's room was already occupied when we arrived and although we requested that our rooms be on the same floor, the replacement room was two floors above and along a very long passage way. My husband used that room whilst my daughter and myself shared a double bed.
