Liked: The location was absolutely stunning! The pool was spotless and so relaxing. The cocktails and food were surprisingly good- super fresh and flavorful. I'm a very picky eater, and they still went out of their way to accommodate my dinner, which I really appreciated. I also loved the vintage-inspired decor throughout the hotel. It had such a charming, unique vibe that made the stay feel extra special.
Disliked: While the hotel itself was beautiful, some of the staff didn’t quite match the vibe. They didn’t make much eye contact or effort to connect, which made the service feel a bit off. Also, for a place that advertises as dog-friendly, I expected more. Even a small gesture like some local dog treats would’ve made a big difference. It felt more like a checkbox than genuine dog hospitality.And while the breakfast was tasty, it was the same spread every day- it would’ve been nice to see a bit of variety throughout the stay.

Couldn’t be better

Liked: Most probably the best run boutique hotel we’ve experienced in our lives. From the attention to detail with small gestures, quizzes and presents to the excellent stunning architecture which incorporates functionality and beauty perfectly – we can warmly recommend this gem in the South Tyrol to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in the alps or to learn how to run a boutique hotel at its best.

Liked: Amazing hotel. Off season and the staff is really great.At breakfast the employees bringing all kind of special treats during the meal.The cable rail to Bolzano is less then a minute walk and it's free to use through the hotel.We took the room with the garden view. Fantastic experience.Will visit again for sure.
Disliked: The pool is not hot as it should be to my opinion.2 bed connected instead of one king size bed.

A wonderful stay.

Liked: The location is amazing - perfect views and right next to the Renon cable car. The food is very good. The breakfast could keep you going all day. And the staff are wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. We just loved it.
Disliked: There is literally nothing to dislike.
