Had an excellent 4 night...

Liked: Great location. Walking distance from all the attractions.Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior room, with lots of space and a big toilet.Breakfast was good.
Disliked: While breakfast is good, a few more additions, like pancakes/crepes/fruits, would be great, especially for vegetarians guests.

Disliked: The cooked breakfast wasn’t the best. The rest of it was fab.

Disliked: You have to leave your key at the desk every time you leave the hotel and you just give your room number to get it back when you return— not very high security. That being said, there were no problems and it was a very nice place.

A convenient location in Lyon

Liked: This hotel is in a perfect location- close to transport, shops, restaurants etc… we selected a ‘standard’ room, which was ok, but too tight for my husband! The staff is quite friendly and helpful.
